Abalone Dishes
I am hoping someone might have some good abalone recipes. I have eaten abalone many times in restaurants, but cooked it myself for the first time last week.I briefly fried some Chinese cabbage in a wok, then took it off and put it to one side.I sliced some abalone very thinly. I put some oil in a wok at moderate temperature, along with a little soy sauce. I then added the abalone and quickly fried it and added some oyster sauce at the end.When the abalone was almost cooked, I returned the cabbage to the wok to heat it, and served the two together. It tasted pretty much as I had it in the restaurants.
